Returns & Replacements

We accept replacement requests only for products that are:

• Damaged during transit.
• Defective upon arrival.
• Incorrect items received.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

To request a replacement, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos and video of the product while opening the package.
• Clear photos and video of the packaging received.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement or refund claim for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must:

• Start before the shipping package is opened.
• Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
• Capture the entire unboxing process from start to finish.
• Be continuous and unedited.
• Contain no cuts, pauses, filters, or alterations.

Claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items may be declined if a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is not provided.

Photos alone may not be sufficient for claim verification.<br

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Returns requested after the specified return period.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or personal preference.

Please review product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

• A replacement product is unavailable.
• The order cannot be fulfilled.
• A refund is approved after review of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim.
